We purchased a home in the Weddington, NC area. During our renovations, I came across Charlotte Architectural Castings and gave them a call to see if we could replace one mantel. Stan returned my call promptly. He was polite and professional and we made an appointment for a house visit. When Stan arrived, we chatted briefly and as he responded, I became very aware that he absolutely understood my objective, my likes/dislike relative to style and design, my timing requirements and the complete scope of the project. We placed the order. Exactly when Stan committed to have the new mantel installed, he and a colleague came and installed the mantel. They were meticulous to protect my floor and furnishings. When they left that afternoon, the only thing I was left with (no cleaning!) was a beautiful new mantel, surround and hearth that are stunning and exceed my expectations! We loved the work so much, I called Stan back and started exploring other projects (another fireplace, some backsplash work, walkways). On one design, I wanted something different than Stan had done before so he and I custom designed the project. He never grumbled and told me to accept what he had. He was delighted to custom create a one of a kind piece. Just as before, things were done on-time, exactly on budget and the outcomes exceeded even our highest expectations.
I can recommend Charlotte Architectural and Stan without hesitation. Our home is not a modest home and we have excessively high standards. We have only praise and admiration for Charlotte Architectural and the work they do, the manner in which they conduct themselves and the integrity that they possess.
